Who processes your information

This website is operated by HANGZHOU SOURCE WAY IMP&EXP CO.,LTD (referred to as “MACHINEWAY” or “we”), registered address: RM1908 PENGJIN BUSINESS BUILDING, NO.91 SHENBAN ROAD, HANGZHOU, CHINA.

What we collect

• What you submit: company name, contact person, email, telephone, the model or range you need, cooling capacity or target temperature, annual volume, certification requirements, your message, and any attachments you upload such as a BOM, drawing or nameplate photo;
• The technical conditions you enter in a customization request (voltage and current, connections, speed, blades, ECM and refrigerant requirements);
• How the site is used: the pages and documents you open, the site that referred you, your approximate location derived from a shortened IP address, and your device, browser and operating system — recorded by Google Analytics 4, and only if you allow it (see Google Analytics below);
• Access logs: IP address, browser type and version, time of access and pages visited, recorded automatically by the server.

We collect no payment information, and no account is required to download datasheets and drawings.

What we use it for

• Replying to enquiries with a selection and a quotation;
• Providing technical support and parts supply;
• Performing contracts and after-sales service;
• Improving the website and product documentation;
• Measuring, in aggregate, which pages and documents are used.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and correspondence records are kept for 3 years from the last contact, or longer where the law requires it (contracts, tax and export documents). Server access logs are kept for 12 months. Analytics data follows the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.

Who we share it with

To fulfil an order we may pass the information necessary for that order (for example product specifications and delivery address) to manufacturing partners, carriers and customs brokers. Beyond that, and except where the law requires it, we do not provide your personal information to third parties.

Site analytics are processed on our behalf by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited, and that data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. See Google Analytics below.

Cookies

The site sets two kinds of cookies.

• Strictly necessary — for example form state, sign-in state and the record of the cookie choice you make below. The site does not work without them.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, described in the next section. Not set unless you allow it.

The cookie banner appears on your first visit. Choosing “Necessary only” stores your refusal in a first-party cookie for 180 days, and you are not asked again until it expires. Nothing else is stored in your browser by this site.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4EK4YKT623) to count visits and to see which pages and documents are actually used, so that we know what is worth keeping up to date.

The tag loads only after you allow analytics in the cookie banner. If you refuse, or close the banner without choosing, no request is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

It records the page you opened, the document you downloaded, the site or search that referred you, your approximate location derived from a shortened IP address, and your device, browser and operating system. The cookies it sets, _ga and _ga_<container id>, are first-party and expire within two years by default. The data is not used for advertising or profiling, and no advertising or cross-site tracking feature is enabled on the property.

Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited process this data on our behalf, and it may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. To remove cookies already set, delete them in your browser, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Embedded content and external links

Datasheets, drawings and certificates are served directly from this site. Where a page links to an external website, that website’s own privacy policy applies to its data processing.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you for any purpose. Write to sales@machine-way.com and we will act within a reasonable period.

Minors

This site is aimed at business customers, not at minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
